Payment methods and bank integrations

Erply POS supports the recording of different payment methods, including cash and card payments. External payment terminals can also be used, with the cashier entering the payment amount on the terminal and marking the transaction as paid by card in Erply POS.

Taxes and currencies

Estonia's standard VAT rate has been 24% since 1 July 2025. Estonia also applies reduced VAT rates of 13% and 9%, as well as a 0% rate in cases specified by law.

The 13% VAT rate applies, among other things, to accommodation or accommodation with breakfast. The 9% rate applies to qualifying goods and services including certain books and educational literature, medicines and medical products, and press publications.
